Thanks guys ive managed to find some beefyer tape which seems to have done the job.

Just been talking to a friend on msn he said they are the right side so im just confused why there not fitting looks like im gunna have to get new bars.

Hey guys i just got a stem and ive gone to put my old monty bars on and they dont fit theres to much space where i attach the bars to the stem appart from buying new bars is there anything i can but in it that will make it fit and stop any movement i tryed tape didnt work so can anyone help?

I dont think i could put holes in my frame id be too scared of mucking it up. Only thing i done is put few holes in me bash and got bored other day so took me back rim of and drilled some holes between where spokes are below rim tape dunno if its smart or not lol. Im interested in how much weight you managed to loose.

Can anyone tell me if i can do anything about this i was attaching it to me bars and it snapped off can anyone help me or do they think i could send it to Magura and get it replaced under warranty its 2005 model.
