Hey guys was wondering if anyone knows what measurements i wil need for a Zona Zip BB, i use a front freewheel if this affects anything also if anyone has and advise on a what BB to buy im looking at like £25-£35 if anyone knows of a B on a website. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Tom. Note im not trying to buy one of trials forum im trying find out what is eligible for my bike and if anyone has any ideas of what to buy in my price range. Didn't want people miss concepting me post.

Hi it really depends on how tall you are and what sort length frame suits you. Hope this helps a little.

Is this like gapping hops? If so cos im still learning when i was on me monty like 2 weeks ago after like riding for a week i could do maybe 3 if i was lucky hoping to do alot more when get me Zona sorted.

Zona Zip although im yet to ride it got 1 last thing to fix on it.

Thanks for tip but it seems me friend forgot to tell me he had a crank remover so got that of now i think new freewheel remover so gunna take it to local bike shop. Thank you for all tips guys.

i tried hammer on the other frame a monty 219 alp on them cranks didnt work if i got pictures will that help?

Hey guys i just got new frame its got cranks on it and i need to get them of and im really struggling ive taken the first bolt of now im stuck anyone know how i get the crank off?

hey guys and girls im tom i bought a monty 219 alp 3 years ago and never really got into trials and recently started going out with me friend ste wilson. We then realised that i needed a new bike so where starting to build one up think where using a zona zip frame. So im still a begginer and ste is helping me learn. So tohught i introduce myself.
