  1. yes i think some riders do grind there front rim,

    maybe somehing to do with tapping?

    the extra grip like.

    watch the rim grind video in wiki.,

    its vey helpfull.

    also you can tell who has ground there rim or not :)

    just by looking at it :)

    most of the chavs that get a bike master the art of wheelying, i find it funny at a skatepark or somewhere.

    you get bmxer's stackin up the 360's then theres chavs jsut wheelying round,

    "look at me dick'ed, oi you f**kin twat look at me im wheelying!! loook! oi greeb look!" ahaha :)

    lol,

    my worst crash, id say was trying to backhop off a wall about 6ft..

    backhopped sideways but my wheel got a bit stuck in the mud (it was one of those walls next to an embankment.)

    bike stayed there i went flying, to say the least i ate concrete (N) dont try it aha :]

    i meant "a decent back break"

    but if he is a beginner, he probably wont use the right amount of tar, therefor his break will lock up unexpectedly.

    i myself havn't used adamant pads.

    you will have to tell me how they feel?

    but tar is a good option if you dont use TOO much,

    my standard maggie blacks were quite good with tar, so i'd love to see what a decent compound break pad would be like with tar.

  5. yeah trust me dude, you wont go anywhere fast without decent back break! you maybe should have payed a litle bit more and got heatsink blueberry, pads.

    they have AMAZING hold and a very snappy bite, nice sound to them aswell.

    just go out wack your mp3 on.

    maybe go along to some of the rides that the members organise?

    get some tricks n tips there?

    i'm sure they would be more thn delighted to help you out.

  6. yeah go for cross country lid, after all if you face plant its not like your hittin 30mph on a downhill course in the forest is it??

    they might not look very "cool" but they're light and gonn let you see easier, nd last but not least gonna stop you from crackin your skull.
