from your experiences is it better to run a bashplate or a bashring? :$ also my bike is an Onza T-Pro. I have muscleman cranks.. could i fit this 74kingz bashring onto my cranks??? http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?id=637 or would new cranks be needed? any input is appreciated. thanks guys Dan.
