  1. nope that did not work. thanks anyway. could it be the bearings??
  2. my mate has one and it turns off randomly too. well he did have one untill he broke the sliding mechanism the uva week. i dont know if that is a common problem but.. oli
  3. oh my god you call your self a new rider. how long you been riding?? you seem good at it to me naturally talented i would say
  4. perhaps you should not be a member. bit sad lying about the topic dont you think??
  5. thanks i will try that. fingers crossed that it will work
  6. dodgy noisy's that come from the crank for no reason at all.... think that just mite be my onza but it still annoy's me and the second thing that annoy's me is crashing, it brakes the bike, it hurts me and then i have to pluk up the nurve to try agen. ... or is that just me aswell??
  7. ye thats just the thing it creaks and clicks whenever i go over any sand or dry mud. cant think for the life of me why and it only stops when i ride it for a while (it slowly wares off) so i thought that the best way would be just to buy a new one. then there is no way that the problem could persist. thanks
  8. i have tried some dirt jumps a couple of time.. feels okay but cant really get fast enough it's sort of all pedal and no speed if you get what i mean lol
  9. ye nice bike! like the other guy sed.. when/if you moddify it stay with the blue. i can imagine it looking reaaallllyyy gurd
  10. weld another bolt onto the bit that is hanging out. then you can unscrew the bolt that you have welded to it and the one that is stuck in should come out. try not to weld it to the frame though for obvious reasons lol hope that helped
  11. nope not as yet,, i try not to land on it too hard thats really unlucky though
  12. hi.. i was looking to upgrade the bottom bracket on my 08 t-bird. what is the best one to go for that will fit and not cost me too much. oh ye and the bit that the pedal arms connects to is square. lol dont really know what it is called thanks for any replies oli
  13. i found some loc on grips on e-bay they were only £10 and there really comfortable plus they are really easy to put on and take off
  14. that was good. nasty crash at the end though. how old are u? and.. how long have you been riding for.
  15. i would go for a red but polished
  16. nice but it could be nicer if it wasnt that frame. 8/10 sorry but there are nicer frames on the market
  17. not sure, if it really hurts then i wouldnt but if it feels better then i would emmm... why dont you buy some and then if you dont like it then sell them on ebay or something, you may not get all the money back but atleast you tryed it. if you do like it then you can alsways sell your flat ones on ebay and then you may get some of the money back. just realised.. oi am like sort of an advertisement for ebay lol o well hope this helped
  18. i bought a t-bird not so long ago. i have not long bein doing trials'ing and i find it a great bike. bought it off ebay for £180. it is second hand but it does jot have a scratch on it. it is just like new. i would strongly recommend that you get an onza as they are good cheap bikes and also easily upgradable. i also suggest that you try ebay as you can get more for your money. After i bought it i realised that i could have got a better bike for this money but then it was too late lol. you could get a t-pro off ebay and still have some money left over to spend on it or something else. hope this helped.
  19. why dont you ware gloves. or are you already doing that??
  20. i dont know but i wouldnt use suspension forks if i was u. not very good for trials
  21. if i was you i would stick with the hs33's. i run a disc on the front and i find it abit of a pain because it can be hit on things very easily. i run a 180mm if you do go to disc i would say the smaller the better. aslong as there is anough braking power. i dislike it that much that i am saving up for hs33's and a compatible rim.
  22. your bike does seem to be very heavy, why dont you go to your local bike shop and pretend that you have the intent in buying a bike that may suit you better. then they may let you ride it. see what you think of the bike and then shop around in other shops and maybe ebay and see how cheap you can get one. you would be surprised how little you have to spend to get a decent trials bike. just a thought, although it is abit harsh on the bike shop.
  23. if they are both the same then why does one weigh more than the other??
  24. kool well done.. i have got my final exam next year... i am doing course work and some of the exams now
  25. sooooo why dont you just put more pressure in your tires
