I really like the rex but like you all say the raptor is more street and i ride mainly street. Is it still a good choice to go with the rex?

Hey. So i'm getting a new bike very soon (T-Rex) and I was wondering if it was really worth going for the T-Rex over the T-Raptor because of the high BB. Any tips or advice?

  6. This may sound pretty dumb but I haven't been riding that long and just wanted to ask what is a lurche?
  7. Thanks. I was thinking of looking on Ebay but I don't really know if second-hand stuff is a good move
  8. Lol i suppose that's a really good one to do.
  9. Hey people. I want to get gears for my t-rex when I get it but it seems pretty pricey. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get the following parts cheaper than I have found them: Shimano Sora Rear Derailleur 8 Speed 3300 - £10 SRAM Attack Trigger Shifter 8sp - £20 Shimano Tiagra Cassette 8 Speed HG50 12-21 Version - £12 KMC X8 99 Chain Silver - Silver 8 Speed - £11 Thanks alot. Matt
  10. I think mine would have to be a zap tap up a highish wall then 180 drop off
  11. Well i guess it's looking more towards T-Rex. I know how the T-Rex rides as my mate has one but i've never rode a Raptor.
  12. Well i guess that settles it then. Thanks alot for your help lads.
  13. Hey. Ok so i got the choice, i get a new bike in a month tops and i can have either the T-Rex or the new version of T-Raptor which doesn't snap. I ride street and the guy at the shop said i'm better off with the T-Raptor. What do you all recon?
  14. I've got a Base not sure which but it's more of a MTB than a trials. The T-Raptor i'm getting is one of the newer ones which have been re-inforced on the parts that used to snap. Love the name T-Snaptor though
  15. Thanks for all your help people, i went to the shop today and the only way i can do it is to have a reggie front wheel as a back wheel So i've decided instead to buy an Onza T-Raptor.
  16. I used to hop backwards on my back wheel but one day i woke up and started hoping forward and now i can hop on the spot Problem is i can only do about 10 hops max lol
  17. Man i wish i could pedal kick, when i get my echo or zoot i'll be straight into pedal kicks
  18. Well thank god i'm not the only one. I remember my mate had the same kind of problem and Super Cycles made him a custom mount for his brake but it wasn't cheap.
  19. Hi, i have this problem, i'm not sure if it's just me but it seems to be that every time i get something new for my bike theres either something wrong with it or something on the bike is not compatable. Anyway, i went to Super Cycles earlier to buy myself a Ronnie Bullet Hole wheel (rear one) and it turns out with no problems at all thank god. That is untill i get home and put it on to find out my rear HS33 brake doesn't fit on the EVO2 mount without touching the rim. I know i can't be the only person that's had this problem, does anyone know what i need to sort this? Thanks ~ SkiLLz

  22. I'm saving for a new frame (Echo Pure 08) but i don't know if i should go for the long or short base, Short 1080mm, Long 1095mm. What do you think is best?
