  1. Ben savage has been winning the last few national comps.
  2. I didnt look at the site. Why do i need this? Edit: it comes standard with a front disc anyway so you would just need to upgrade the front brake. With rear Hs33's then i guess would be good ?
  3. erm , Yes T-bird standard is front disc. Replace it with a good Disc brake if thats what your getting at.
  4. Yeah HS33's are good, but if you wanted disc brakes you would need to change the wheel so it had a disc mount on it. But The Hs33's do need an adapter so they can be used with a standard V-brake mount. HS33's cheaper option i prefer Disc on front wheel dont know why but thats preference HS33's are good though.
  5. If the bike is as standard the wheels should have a Front disc Hub which you should use any disc brake for the front brake, and the rear, the standard spec i think comes with a V-brake on the t-bird but if you have the money then HS33's would be my best guess.
  6. there a pretty good idea, as you can pick up decent frames for good prices on this site whenever i can post in the for sale and then with all the kit = complete beastly bike, i might have to pick up one of these
  7. i dont think in the frame you could drill any holes without weakening it, and it wouldnt make a remarkable difference in the weight either
  8. A guy around the conner from me sprays cars and motorbikes. So i might try and get him to spray it with the leftovers of whatever he is using sometime soon, but i doubt he would paint a car bright orange like im after but im going to find out see if he can do it for a few quid if not then i may aswell have a go, if it doesnt work ill just sand it off and try until it does
  9. could you take a pic of the finish please If it is decent i may consider spraying mine
  10. If he took them off, clean it out and then put them back on. See if it still makes the noise, if so then unless you know what you are doing just take it down the bikeshop so they can find out what it is.
  11. Should go on there fine, although i assume they are screw on cranks
  12. Yeah people say why not try something not quite as dangerous but theres no fun when theres no risk
  13. Yeah ive seen some bikes that people have sprayed and they didnt have a great finish, so unless you know what your doing and have done it before i wouldnt try it myself i know that much for sure.
  14. Hey, Im adam from Durham (Newcastle). Im 16 been doing trials for 18 months around there somewhere with 3-4 Months without a bike in the middle. The first bike was a Onza T-raptor, Then that was stolen 3-4 months ago. I did jobs on and off and saved up for an Onza Cleaner 08 which i will have tomorrow, See how that rides but will need a lot of money spent upgrading i think I ride around 2-3 hours most days and sometimes more on weekends. I used to play other sports but gave them up and trying to improve trials most of the time nowadays, Well hope to get to know some of you other riders better
