Yeah im going to buy them this week, I can fore see the same thing happening again though as (I dunno if im right or not) they aren't essential are they? shouldnt i still be able to ride without them. thank you for the reply. I know its not much to waste, it would just frustrate me if it were to happen again haha.
Those ones are much tougher then the Onza ones, so you should be fine with them.

It's new chain tug time I think. I have heard that the Onza ones aren't brilliant. I recommend these; http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/chain_tugs/gusset_kojak_chain_tugs_pair/c8p170.html .

The freewheel would be my biggest worry. It would probably have to be re-built afterwards.

What brake and from where on the lever?
-
New pics.

I didn't even know you could have watched it^^ My mom always used to read a bit to me before I went beddy byes
They made a TV show out of it aswell.

Holy rollers are what you want.

Now that somehow reminded me of Winnie The Pooh, getting stuck in rabbits tunnel on his way out after eating too much honey.. :$ (think that's how it was)
Are we all freightened of that because we heard it as kids?
I never watched winnie the pooh as a kid. I thought it was lame.

I Liked that Danny's video was abit more trialsy then usual. I got abit bored of all the shots of him checking out the lines before he rode them though. Overall good though.

If you want strong, solid forks... Then Trialtech IS the way to go.
I have had Urbans in the past and they are not in the same league as my Trialtechs. They are far better.

Seems like claustrophobia and also maybe heights a little bit.
Lifts and small rooms and cars don't scare me... but you would be very lucky to get me to go crawling down a pipe I can't turn around in. If you followed me down then I'd probably kick your face until you went back.
And if I was stuck in the mine at chile, I'd not mind tooooo much about being stuck in the mine itself but I'd be bricking it in the tube on the way to the surface.
That's what my claustrophobia is like. But I don't like lifts. Car, small rooms and being in stuck in large crowds though is ok.
Crawling through tight spaces/tunnels is the worst for me. Has any one seen the film 'The Descent'? As a whole it wasn't scary at all, but when they were crawling through lose cave tunnels ( especially when one of them got stuck ) was the most scared I have ever been watching a film.

Slightly claustrophobic and not too comfortable with heights.
Not a phobia but this is something that makes me jump everytime. Pheasants jumping out of hedges right infront of you on a quiet country lane.

How new are you to riding?
If you know your stuff, bleed with water. If you don't then don't.
Not a rant at you, but it really gets at me how people spend too much time thinking about performance gains rather than getting good. Again, that's a side note as I have no idea who you are
I should still be using royal blood because I suck.
I don't see what you are getting at. What does your skill level have to do with what you bleed your brake with? It's free and it changes the feel and response of the brake.
-
The angle from the seatstay were you can see the brake going about it's buiness is nice.

This got sent to my friend who goes to uni in southhampton by one of his friends. Not to join in but they are not happy/ abit worried about it. I don't know how serious it is.

I had to cut mine in half due to pads hitting them.
Did you use the super long spacers you get with them or normal booster spacers? This does happen with normal ones but not with the longer ones you get with the booster.
And yeh for mega barke boosting, I would reccomend either the tensile, echo control or heatsink boosters.

But the circular thing on the inside of the axle (don't know what it's called) is major bent. When I looked at axles online they don't sell those things?
I'm sure if you went to a bike shop they will have one that will fit. There can't be that many different sizes.
-
Ah, it is just a hollow 10mm threaded axle. You will likely be able to get something suitable from your local bike shop. Or even a halfords store. Mabye get a solid one with nuts on the end instead of a hollow one though as it will be abit tougher. Doesn't have to be new hub time.
-
What hub was it?

Clean it up with a wire brush and a rag, then see if there is any obvious damage to the threads, if not put a good amount of grease on the threads and see if it is any better. If it is still abit stiff you can use the tool to help you get it on. But if there is quite alot of resistance then don't force it and I would get the threads looked at before any irriversable damage is done to the threads.

True, although it can vary in that water from boreholes down here can be equally as hard as London water. You're right though, I used to live in London and we'd have to get a new kettle every 4 months or so due to the calcium build up whereas down here we have none.
No equally hard. http://www.southwestwater.co.uk/media/pdf/2/3/Hard_Water.pdf There is one area that gets close.
JD is from the lovely Whyteleafe which should also have pretty hard water so not sure...
It might not be the cause but it might be a factor. He might just be lucky.
-
Which is better:
22:17 Good ratio for more naturals trials.
20:17 Will be too light.
20:15 abit harder than 22:17 so better if you want abit more speed for street.
something else?
Here is my opinion from exprience. My favourite ratios though that I have tried on my inspired are 22:16 and now I am using 18:13 which are both very similar.

I have a theory. Might be a load of bollocks though.
Do you think Hard Water http://www.dishwasher-care.org.uk/facts.html could effect maguras?
Matthew62 your from London yes? The london area has quite hard water and your having problems.
Were as N.wood is from Devon. We have quite soft water and he hasn't had any problems.
My theory is that if hard water leaves mineral build-up on kettles and dishwashers (although mostly on the heating elemtents), could it be effecting the maguras in anyway? It would be interesting to know the succuss rates of tap water bleeds in different areas.

That was amazing. Every time you release a video I am like "How can he possibly go any bigger?" and then you do. There must be limits to what is possible somewhere.
