    Brake Booster

They both do the job but 4-bolt boosters do it a bit better in my opinion.

Same geo, both have 'maggie only' mounts. It would ride exacly the same (just look different)!! Not saying Inspireds arn't good, but theres no point spending almost £300 for no real benifit to your bike/the way it rides. I'd do stuff like new forks, tyres etc.. If you have to change frames, why not get something that will ride differently like: Lesson, Heatsink, (I have a MK2, and they are brilliant!) Revell, You know, mix it up a little <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> EDIT: clearer pictures (actually hold the camera still) would of been better.<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd--> i know the seat is a bit crap but i like to sit sometimes and its more confortable then the frame. i want the inspired because of the better looks and same geo because I love the way it rides. And it is a bad picture but its the only one i have because i havent got a camera and my little brother took it.
  3. I guess it will be a avid bb7 then thanks for your help guys. much appreciated.
  4. it is expensive but its nothing compared to the price of downhill/freeride bikes
  5. I looked to see if this question had already been asked but couldn't find it anywhere, so i apologise if this question has already been asked. I would like to put magura HS33s on my mod bike which has vee brake mounts on the frame and forks. I dont really fancey buying another frame and forks so i was wondering if it is possible if there is a way of putting maguras onto vee brake mounts?
  6. I asked martyn ashton at a demo if there was anywhere i can get a justice seat (i wanted to bodge one on to my onza as i think they are great) and he said that there is nowhere you can get them at the moment but they should be available when the ashton diamondback bikes are available to buy. all i can suggest is too try and find a second hand one somewhere. I don't know about the graphics though.
  7. Yes you can use a bmx chain on the narrow sprockets. I have a bmx half link chain on my bike and it is fine. It's quite tough too. I have had it for about 6 months now, no links or pins have broken unlike my old mtb chain which i broke 3 times in 2 months.
  8. Personally i find natural riding alot harder than street. I started from street and learnt the basic and built on some skill before i tackled the natural scene. So i would recomend starting on street but its your choice really. Why not try doing a bit of both
  9. I got fed up of bashing my shins on my pedals so i got a some try-all shinguards. They are very, very confortable and give all the shin protection you need but they do get very hot under there. Not the best for ventalation. They are on Tartybikes is you wanna have a look at them. Thats where i got mine and they arent too expensive either.
  10. Hi, I want to put a disc brake on the front of my bike but i have no idea which brakes are powerful and suitable for trials. Im on a bit of a budget of about £60, so that excludes the hope trials disc brake and other super good ones. I have looked for a rage of mechanical and hydrolic disc brakes on websites such as tartybikes, chainreaction cycles etc, but frankly i have no idea what i want to be buying. Do any of you know of some cheap, powerful disc brakes (mechanical or hydrolic) ? Tanks alot. I have offered a cheap avid juicy 3 (185mm) by a friend, Does anyone kow if they are any good?
  11. hi im mikee, i have been riding trials for about 8 months. i am new to this forum, i heard it was good from a friend so i thought i would give it a go i ride an onza zoot and i live near barnstaple.
  12. i mostly ride street but i also enjoy riding the natural stuff.
