Hey,
Last Friday we had a very special hand over for Andrew. For 2008 he has signed contract with NeonBike to be a Factory rider and came down to collect his new bike!
He is very pleased on how the bike has turned out and feel right at home on it after 10minutes ride out side!

Somehow I don't believe these bars are made of 7075. They're way too heavy, 370g is the weight of average 6061 bars.
The only explanation I can see is that they are over-engineered, or Neon isn't exactly honest about the alu used. Would be interested to see what the Tart has to say about this.
Just checked the bars myself and I can confirm they are indeed 6061 not what Neon stated as "7075" also they are 680mm width not 710mm.
Geo very similar to the Monty PR bars which is: 10 Degree rise and 11 Degree
Have you looked into the Sunline V-One bars? They seem very good:)

Old Skool. I remember when Neil Dunn used to ride the 20" Equid:O So smooth and that was coming upto 6-7 years now

Right i have not eff and blinded!! I could of slagged him off to the hills, I have done no such thing!? The fact of the matter is i have asked for a refund not got one yet he has offered me a replacement but what good is that to me?
The order should of had sets of free nipples in there (strike1)
The spokes are sold as double butted they clearly aren't (strike 2)
The tensioner was sold under false pretences as he DID NOT specify the type of setup you could run (strike 3)
The fact that trials is not a huge area for buisnesses makes it even more so that a compensation/ refund should be given to keep custom.
The fact that Trials-uk is a small buisness does not dispute the fact that there are still trading standards and i am well within my rights to ask for an upgrade as the Yess tensioner offeed to me is that lesser quality of the Tensile one.
I have asked for a refudn from Dan and am still waiting for a reply.
I could be political and ay do not shop at Trials-uk but up untill now the customer service has been immense
So i tell you what instead of talking shit as you didn't read the thread because of a few swear words, just let it be and wait until Dan replies.
Hi Tom,
Regarding about the nipples with your order. You made your order on the 9th/5/08 and it was dispatched the following Monday 12/5/08 as it was past our cut-off time on Friday. You contacted us with regards about you did not receive any nipples on the 19/5/08 so we then took this case and rectified it right away and dispatched a set of nipples for you on the same day as you informed us the problem with your order. The nipples should be with you by the following day (20/5/08 Today) of you letting us know the issue.
We urge customers to contact us straight away if they have any problems with their orders so it can be resolved right away.
About the spokes, We are given these details by the Manufactures them selfs so we advertise the product to their specification, however I will look into these spokes.
Description for the tensioner, Apologies for the confusion for the description, however no information stated that this tensioner could be used with 15T + sprockets, But I fully understand your point and I will try my best to resolve it with you and fulfill your order.
We do not intend to have any un-satisfied customers after shopping with us.
Again, This whole issue will be taken seriously and will be resolved immediately.

Update:
The first shipment from ZHI/Bionic to hit the UK have now arrived with us:)

Update:
The first batch of ZHI/ Bionic rims/ Frames/ Parts have landed in the UK now, and it will be with us by Thursday. The rims looks very promising excellent quality and design looks very good.
Prices will be confirmed once our consignment have arrived with us:D
If you want to be the first to get your hands on these parts, we will be accepting pre-orders tomorrow mid-day on wards:).

Yes, He will be getting the 26" Aswell:) but got the 20" first as that's what he rides most.
