heya mate im a begginer but improving fast and i have got one and there great for learning basic and intermdiate moves but if you start to get into high end there not the best of bikes as the rear end are a little heavey and the gearings anoying till you go single speed hope its helped Matt

well i watched the ryan leech videos and i learnt how to do it look at the rythem he does thats how i learnt and look at other people you ride with if they can pedal kick
