Rim grinding is when you take an angle grinder to your rim because the rim is then rough it helps your braking power Tar is Tar, the stuff on roads and sort of rubbed on your rim so that also increases your breaing power i dont know to much myself but could someone explain to me what isis is? would be greatful. lew

Theres a Tyke Trial on Sunday, at Lindale. Does anyone have directions and a time that it starts or finishes this will be the first tyke trial i will have been too so hopefully next time i will compete! Lew

a good item to get is a stand, when you do come to fix your bike having everything on the floor is a real pain so a stand is good but can be preicey, if you want good tools parktools are really good and if you want the right stuff you can get a whole kit for a reasonable price (for what you get) and if you are serious about fixing go on a mechanic course ,could get you a job as a mechanic and it obviously helps .i work in a bike shop so i get all experiaence from there hope it helps
