The z510 is different isnt it, i think its thicker than the z6 but with the same tensile strength. I often wonder if the tensile strengths advertised are really accurate, i know failures are down to a number of things but i have seen the likes of the gusset tank chain snap fairly quickly.
You are right. Mainly my point was, that they are pretty much the same and even if you buy KMC and not Trialtech, you will probably get the same result (maybe even the same, i dunno if they actually make them both in the same factory ).

After snapping 3 kool chains in like couple of months, i switched to KMC z510 HX. Now i don't want to buy other chains. So yeah, i don't think there really is any difference between KMC and Trialtech, should work the same.

Probably my favorite rider from Poland. No offense Rafal.

Oh my god, haven't seen that frame for QUITE a while! Bike looks really nice, interesting, but probably not so bad of a choice.
-
unfortunately they have gone out of business is what I have heard from a lot of reliable sources .
Not that i don't believe you (this sort of thing is possible), but i'd like a post from Phatman himself confirming that. If that is true, then sad. I thought they had good future.

Fact proven once again! The further you ride from the home, the more your bike breaks. Really nice vid, made me want to go to Spain now.

I would be able to give you feedback, but I haven't got a frame to put mine in yet....
Don't think one has been used for trials yet so not sure how it will fare, but it does look and feel rather nice.
Any idea when you could test it out? Because i'm seriously thinking about buying 1!

A quick google says 114g
Wish it was true! Because than i would buy 2 of those immediately, just got replay from CRC - it weighs 145g.
Edit:
On the other hand these look promising, but has anyone used it for trials? I mean is it strong enough? Would buy it for my commuting bike for sure, but for trials, not so quickly. Need more feedback.

I wouldn't bother with a deep cup headset like that, they don't fit some frames and are a bit overkill for trials. Personally I would go for http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=851, a pretty mint headset for the money (I'd prefer that over an Echo)
Any idea how much the Xtreme Cartridge weighs?

Avid SD levers usually work good, considering the price, i'd say one of the best choices. My friend had SD which were working spongy and strange, but then again, i just think he messed something up while installing brakes. In my opinion, go for SD or save money and go for Shimano XTR.

Yeah, I'd say that pants are the problem not your bike. You should think what to wear before you go riding. Couple of times had that same problem, now it never happens to me i because i wear something that isn't so baggy and doesn't get caught in FW.
Good luck.

Damn, true that - sexy! Only thing that bothers me is fork, it weighs like a ton. But it's fine as it is, just consider fork change if you have funds. Until then, ride on.

Got mine w/o cam bolts, dunno if that's just me.

You either need to keep an eye out on your chain and tighten it often or go for a chainstay protector. I used to run w/o cs protector till i got fed up with looking after it. That problem is even bigger if you ride left foot forward (like i do), because when fail to land sidehop it's 2x damage.

Bike looks really sexy and well built. I was just wondering how is the speedrace carbon hub? I want 1 for myself, but dunno if i should go for it.

Try-all tyres are really gripy because of soft compound, but that makes them wear quite fast.
Edit: in general (correct if i'm wrong) list goes like this. From softest -> hardest.
Try-all -> eagle claw -> creepy crawler

Actually this new model of BB7 is more snappy than old one. Older BB7 was almost perfect.
-
Hope all the way!
I had a BB7 for about 20 minutes an broke it
Seems to me you were doing something wrong.

Validation tips - use search before posting anything that comes to mind. Lots of people been where you are now, so chanses are, that questions you might have, have already been answered. On the other hand, if you do post, stick to proper english. Since no idea where are you from i'll just stick to answers yes, there more shops, not just tartybikes.

Sean Watson Something Little Different
The best video for me this year.

Stem and bars set up is usually the key to comfortable ride. Most common gear ratio for stock is 18/15, but that doesn't mean you should stick to that 100%. Keep in mind that lenght of cranks is also a matter of pedaling feel. Many people post asking which set up is the best, what i have learnt is that you have to test it yourself. My set ups work for me, but that doesn't mean they'll diffinitely work for you. Slip matter - dunno if that's so easy to answer over the internet. Ask some people on friday. I'm sure when they see you and your bike, it will be easier to suggest something.

I'd say go for track standing next and combine it with rocking. Try riding narrow lines for overall balance. Maybe try roll ups, some static hops, 180s for the feel of the bike. Of course main thing is rear wheel hops. Balance, skill and smoothness comes overtime, stick more to the ground now. Dropping off something will come easy once you advance, no need to rush it. Stay safe!

Since it's working for other people, could you be more specific?
