Try loosening the stem and then tightning your topcat bolt and then tighten your stem back up. if this doesnt work loosen your stem, remove youre topcat bolt, put another spacer in and tighten youre topcat bolt,then tighten your'e stem again.That sorted mine out. The first thing that i tried was hopping on the back wheel, i think this is one of the most important things in trialsing due to the other things what trialsing involves.

I am realy having trouble with side hops at the moment, I cant get them right at all.When ever I try I cant get both wheels on at the same time i cant get high .Is it because Im hopping on the same side as my foward foot?What is the best tactic to doing it?
