  2. Added a few more braces today and a couple of planks to get up and down.
  3. I just took it from an industrial estate. They only have to dump them. It's not to bad but i'm going to get some 2x1 from work tomorrow to brace it all. I just need to learn how to get up it now. Nice height for doing drop offs without getting hurt if you come off. Haven't ridden it in the dry yet so it should be easier to get up without slipping. Thanks for the interest. Think i need to find some local riders to learn quicker.
  4. Just incase anyone was thinking of building something to practice and mess about on i've just finshed this. Thought it might be a good start if you aren't sure where to start. It's about 27 inches high and i will add a few things as i go along.

  8. Hi, Ive got my new bike. I know what different brake, bars, stem and other stuff i'm going to fit. However which forks should i get? I'm stuck between a few mostly echo lites and echo sl's. I don't want them so light they snap, anyone got any ideas? Cheers for the help.
  9. Well that's obviously not true. a) Everyone is different b ) They will protect your hands when you come off. c) They will give you better grip in the dry d) They will keep your hands warm in the winter Etc, etc. So no, your wrong.

  14. Hi, I'd like a new bike but i can't afford one due to another project. I like the GU frames the most, does anyone have one for sale? ive looked through the sale section. Can people let me know if they are selling one please. Whole bike would be nice or ill have to wait and buy one brand new Thanks

  17. HI, Iv'e got an onza t pro one of the old ones silver and red. It's a good bike but it's getting on. I looked on tarty bikes but it seems like the only thing which is a reasonable price for the spec is another onza (blade or pro). Any ideas? Cheers

If you want more power in your arms the best thing or one of is to get something heavy e.g. dumbell half concrete block tie a rope round it then get a pole or old brush handle and tie the rope to that as well then wind the rope around the handle, then stand on something high and with your elbows tucked into your hips and forarms straight roll the rope in and out so the dumbell goes up and down. try in different positions for different muscles. This is done by most pro mx riders like travis pastrana and the like. you can't really beat it for arm strength. you'll be going higher and further in no time, hope this helps and hope your not after reading this
