Well you better ask on of your local riders about the helicoiling. You can get off your arse and google the threadless bb, sorry I have to be an arse. But it's not that hard, is it? (waiting for someone to do that really cool "let me google that for you" thing. )

Threadless bb or helicoil your frame mate. Bearing in mind you will need to get the right sized cup and axle size if you are going for the threadless bb approche. :L
