  1. Have had this too. Take the lever off, take the hose off and undo the bleed screw. Get an airline and blow the piston out, it will pop out with the spring. give the piston a VERY light sand (with some wet n dry). Cut 1 coil off the spring and stretch it (makes the spring stronger) put it all back together with some copper grease. Pretty easy to do. Been perfect ever since!
  2. Thanks for your replys Al Fel - Yeah have seen those. Just wondered if you can get the originals. Might email tartybikes see what they say. Thanks again!
  3. Really nice! love the colour! What length is it? Is there any differences from the V1?
  4. I've got a koxx coustellier V1 pro model (black frame with orange parts and graphics) and the frame could do with a re-spray. Is it possible to get the graphics for them? If so who should I contact? Many Thanks!!

Danny13 and me. There is a few of us here in Chester. Drop one of us a PM at somepoint. We tend to ride evenings and the odd sunday!
  7. Hav'nt done a comp for years but think you have to go Yorkshire really. Huddersfield Falcons trials are very good! Run by Bill Swallow, excellent bloke. And theres the YMSA's.
  8. Same here! Still after one hint hint!! Looks really nice, bet it rides well??
  9. Great video and nice riding!! Like your sidehops!
  10. To be honest with you, you would be better getting one of the Onza's. The T-rex is an older bike, but better spec than the cleaner. The other option is to find a really nice high spec 2nd hand bike for £500ish Goodluck!
  11. You should replace the cross over hose with a new one and fit new barbs. Throughly clean the piston housings and threads with some brake cleaner. As mentioned before, use some brass washers and fit with some BLUE Loctitie. Dont use red as it will strip the threads if you want to take them off again. Make sure though everything is clean. See how that goes!!
  12. lincsmike09 - Yes it is the 26" i'm talking about. Mikee - Just seen yours from the link in your signature. Very nice!! Ok, REALLY want one now Thanks for your comments!
  13. Really, really want one. Anyone who has one or owned one, what do you think? All feedback welcome! Thanks
  14. yeah! that tailwhip sidehop gap One of THE best bike sections ever!!
  15. Also depends how much you want to spend. Buying new or second hand? Full monty's are £500ish for the 219? then there seems to be a big jump up to £1000 +. Are GU's built to spec? If so it will be more flexible for your wallet!
  16. The hoses on maguras are not the best! Whats annoying is re-fitting the barbs into the hose without it splitting. Had loads of problems with the rear brake on mine, mainly within the lever though. Had it apart many times!! Some people on here have used thicker tubing, like from air compressors....... Might be an idea?
  17. Thanks Jake! loner ryan: Still rusty! It's mainly because the bike feels very strange as i'm used to the old school bikes! The last bike I had was an '03 Onza T-pro. That bike went through death! Still have parts of it. How long you been riding??
  18. Nice riding! That's an amazing place you have to ride on those rocks!! Keep up the good work - nice bike too!
  19. Hi how's everyone!? I got back into trials 2 months ago after a 6 year absence! I used to ride all the time with me mates, do comps, but lost interest when I turned 17 got a car, gf............. Recently got a Koxx Coustellier as a few of us got back into it. Cant beleive how much the bikes have changed and the level of riding now!! Anyway, anyone from the Cheshire or local areas want to go riding sometime, PM me. Best
