pedAls look on the bottom of the bottom, near where thread is, and it should either have r or l on meaning right or left. So for the one with r on you put it into your right hand crank with a 15 mm spanner turning clockwise, then with the l one u put it on the left hand side crank anti-clockwise I hope this helps
