I didn't do bad at all then Yeah ribs did hurt only when i started breathing hard towards the end of every section, the hospital said that when ribs crack they crack long ways (like a cain stick) so when i breathe hard, laugh or god forbid sneeze the crack opens up all the other time there ok(ish) I did rush the comp a little so i could finish early, i finished at 1.30 Like they say pain is just weakness leaving the body

45 dabs, which i'm happy with to be honest i really enjoyed the extra challenge of the red route

had a real good time today, glad i stepped it up to red I went to hospital after because i was stuggling to take in deep breathes on the sections, and found out i've cracked two ribs (behind my right pec) from when i fell off in Reading on wednesday night But all in all great day

right i've managed to get afew more, so its now definitely me, james, gary, george, will, ashley wood and chris (although he might be out after hitting his finger with the grinder when grinding his rim Tw@)

Hey all, I've put afew little upgrades on my bike, I've go new trialtech sport handlebars, new hope headset spacers, trialtech foam grips, kmc chain and i changed the gearing from 18:15 to 18:14 suit me so much better. Also got a ozonys sticker kit Now does the sticker kit make the bike look better or not?? WITHOUT STICKERS WITH STICKERS I've also just brought some more phatpads and green backing to go on, I've just got to fit them
