Hi mate, My opinion on cage pedals is that there rubbish ! I had mine for about 3 weeks and the fell apart the outer cage came clean off and they bend alot. I would go for platforms if i where you will last you for ever and have good grip. Hope this helps Andy

I use thinners,slides on nice and easy few seconds later evaporates and there stuck there for life(untill i change them) Andy
