right my king hub was always a tad noisey, just got the hub back with a fresh rim build and once fitted it seems really quiet now. its not skiping, it never has just its gone quiet? any ideas? should i bother doing anything to it or leave it as it rides the same etc? cheers *EDIT* vid now its sorted http://www.youtube.com/user/surreysupermotos#p/u/0/lYdMI5RfqFc

thanks dude, everythings new apart from the frame lol its old and creaky but i love it, feels sooooooonice for me each time i get on it. i got a booster to get then its done till the frame goes pop.

well made a few changes and replaced some worn parts on my czar lately. every ride on this bike feels great i still love it warts and all gone from this : to this :

well got the echo tr platforms from tartys fited and they feel grrrrrrreeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaatttttt. realy light and feel solid under foot, verry grippy. im well happy with them.

lol the caged type felt wierd at first but a tiny bit of damp and they literaly turnt into ice blocks haha no grip at all. il let you no when my echos come hopefully tom. cheers bud

well after trying both yesterday ive just ordered sum echo platforms from tartys. the cage ones didnt feel that nice under my boats lol. cheers for the advice guys apreciate it.

wish id seen the replys earlier had a quick go on a mates mod with caged echo and i had nike 60s on, the result one shinny im going for the platforms the cage was like no grip what so ever!

yeah im looking at the echo tr cage and echo tr platforms, im using wellgo platforms at mo been great but weight about a stone lol

yeah thats what i remember my foot seemed to curve over the pedal loads on caged and wasnt sure i liked that feelin ha. do both offer similar grip in all conditions or are one worse then the other say in wet or damp use? im still learning so dont wana give myself another injury lol

needing some new pedals always had platforms but wondered what most of you guys use? i tried cages on a mates bike years ago and they felt skinny under the foot but cant rem much else. any pro's or con's?? cheers

just got sum from tartys, why are they only armoured on one side? do i have to predict what side im gona drag down a wall lol? and also one size fits all? hmmmmmmmmmmm im slim jim and there tight on me and ive only tried them on for 1 min, anyone got any recomendations for a diff brand etc with better protection and sizes? cheers

both my echo sets are powder coated or painted so will prolly be same weight anyhows lol. cheers for the help matey

i got a mad papercut from a kitkat wrapper whilst eating my lunch on a trials ride

anyone got or used these forks? ive always ran echo lites but time for new forks for me so wanted opinions to these, there the 120 jobbies on tartys, well they were but i cant get on there site yest and today so cant check ha. cheers

hated mine, snaped the spring, done the mod and was still poo. always lost tension, never realy worked well, got a rohloff not one problem in a year and its took a bashing.
