Viz or Trialtech have very nice stems 150 x 30 is nice. Hope iv helped.

In my eyes it about how much you have to spend. I payed about over 1000 for my jump bikes. But Kona are nice to start with also Flow is nice product.

Try cannondale there very nice bikes i have one. Try get a cannondale chase 1 07 best one they made i got my hands on one. Hope this helps.
