cheers for the support guys, I've built it up using spare crap bits and realized that because the forks are skinny the only stem i can use is the old style with integrated headset. Also the only spare brakes i can find are piece of shit cantilever ones! Gonna have to borrow some vee's off another bike How crap! spoils everything really. Not happy! I'll get some pics now...... And yes i know I'll get stick for the awful parts but they're the only spares i could find lol.

the forks i have are the standard ones with the frame, so the wheelbase etc is the same. I'm not making a soooper dooper amazing worlds lightest trials bike with integrated f***ing cup holder, i'm seeing if the frame is strong enough before i make a better one with more suited geo.

I've got a wizzy gun but its only to see if the frame is strong enough, if it is ill make a proper one with dropouts that wont, well "drop out" . But i'll see if i can fabricate something... That is by far the silliest thing i have ever heard. I'm not putting 5 inch wheels on it.......

yeah its a really old frame, and the steerer tube is a skinny one but it's got a rigid fork so meh, i'm happy with it so far. Hopefully it'll withstand the abuse it's got coming

Done the welding, need to get some steel plates for strengthening possibly tomorrow. And sorry for crap pics, taken quickly on my phone.

Meh, if it does ill just make some, but I am putting strenthening plates all over, so I'll keep that in mind!

Yeah its fairly low but its only for shits n giggles, unless it holds up that is........ then i'll be making a better one If you're on about the position of the seatstay i've moved it and will be adding strenthening plates wherever it may need them. And the seat tube isnt staying, it'll be cut off when all the welding is done.
