Good stuff. Impressive that you're nailing the 180 and 360 drops.
Depending on work and that I may well be in Swindon this coming weekend. Will you be out riding again?
yeah, i think so the kid on the mod will be aswell, will be on saturday if thats ok ?

'Fro rly?
I carve so much into 360s that the front wheel nearly starts going the other way. Maybe that's why it's hard?
-
american hop so you can hang the front wheel off the drop before you have actually taken off. Also, try and use your body movement to spin you more, not bike movement because if your turning sharp to get the spin then your momentum is going into the spin and not the forward movement this is what i kept doing aswell, and i taught myself these things and i can do them off quit alot of stuff now and spinning with your body will help you 360 aswell because you dont have to travel as far so you can carve into it a bit more hope this helps and makes sense haha

I think you should release a longer video.
yeah, we are going to make a longer video together soon, this one was just to see what everyone thought and quikly thrown together with flip video editor but i was thinking of making my own video aswell
chris
You've certainly got the hang of those spins - tuck the back end up for extra points
Longer video of yourself would be more than welcome!
yeah, i still need to work on my spins, not quit as smooth and neat as i would like them to be, but should come in time

I'am jealous of your 360, I just cannot do them I always back out of those sort of moves its so annoying, nice riding.
you just got to go for it mate, dont hold back its alot easyer with a back brake aswell because if you dont quit spin all the way around you can pivot the rest of the way on the back wheel try 180 pivots etc and thanks

That's stupidly light, just look at the pedals..
they could save so much more weight on that, fixed gearing, horizontal dropouts so no need for mech hanger and tesioner, thiner bars, shorter seat tube, 24" wheels instead of 26" ? less material, no need for brakes if fixed wheel and those pedals are prety ridiculous to be fair haha the thing these days with racing or any sport its not down to the rider now, its got to such a competitive level that most riders have the same ability but there bikes or whatever there using is set up different, i have always wanted to see a motocross rider like james stuart to do a lap on his factory yamaha and then do a lap on a standard yamaha and both the laps to be timed and see what the difference is, i think that would be prety intresting

been looking at the old onza zoot frames and what do they ride like ? they have the same geo as the first fourplay dont they ? what are they like for street ? and build quality etc ?
chris
-
when did he start running duel disk?
chris
-
if you want to upgrade all the parts with your spar money you may aswell just spend that extra money and get a fourplay, they come with better brakes already and just better components all round
chris
-
the fourplay, havnt rode one but they are very popular so i guess they must be prety good not unless you where thinking of the onza zoot pro frame kit and building it up ?
