yeh but the point im trying to make is, i agree with you in that good graphics are important and cool. but whats already been clarified in this topic is that the ps3 isnt any better graphically than the xbox 360, and that you wouldnt buy a boring game just for how good it looks on ur hd tv, you want one thats fun. And in my opinion, the xbox has a bigger selection of better games, at the same standard as the ps3 graphically.

exactly, id be very surprised if people were going, oh the games are slightly better quality on the ps3, im sold. At the end of the day its what your playing, not what it looks like. and the xbox trumps the ps3 there.

yes it is, and the premium version comes with the hd componant lead for ur telly or in ur case, projector.

but the games are cheaper on the 360 arnt they? so say u buy 4 games a year, the xbox owner will save about £40? which they will put towards xbox live. so effectively your paying about the same for both online services. its then down to user discretion which is better, which seems to be xbox live.

im shit at staying awake. i went to work the day after my birthday once and went to bed at like 5 pm that evening and slept for nearly 20 hours haha. my sleep patterns are sooooo odd. sleeping in the afternoon f**ks me up aswell, makes me feel truely awfull.

I entirely agree. Not exactly the same, but I seem slightly obssessed with increasing my exp on halo, even though i dont really understand what it is, or really how it works. i just know it gets bigger when i win haha. on the same subject, what is the highest skill number? mine is 7.. dunno wat it means. hey, i used videora ipod converter to turn a .VOB file into mpeg-4 format and that all went fine, but for some reason it wont import to itunes, so i cant put it on my pod. anyone got any ideas?

I know it sounds fickle but if you buy an xbox and you only ever own one game, make it halo.. It is phenominal in both quality, gameplay and the online play is paramount. As far as im aware you can get a years gold subscription to xbox live, and an xbox premium, a copy of H3 and still spend less than you would buying a PS3. Saying that, the ps3 is alright, and of course it has blu ray, but thats a whole other kettle of fish in terms of blu ray Vs. HD DVD. But you have to form your own opinons of that. Myself id say, blu ray isnt a good enough reason to choose a ps3 over the 360, and of course for an extre £99 or something, u can buy the HD DVD add on for the 360. So to conclude, get the xbox, you wont regret it i promis you. J
