Thats strange, I ran a 2 bolt echo team booster on my Comp 2010 and it was silly epic. No flex what so ever.
Team boosters weren't drilled, the 4bolt control ones were.

Urbans or Trialtechs!
-
for a beginners bike should i build my own or buy a full one? and which is cheaper.
Holy bump!
Buy a full one, cheapest is around £380 I believe?
-
Why? What could Chris King do that other clamps/boosters don't?
-
i might have a crack at this, ill save miles more than 100 grams too having an undrilled rim, how did you do it ??
Are you serious?

Condsidering my old python was 1078wb, It could well have been.
I know plenty. All you had to do was say it was stock, not judge my knowledge.
Did it also have nearly 15'' long chainstays?

second to last pic shows why i dont run new deng stuff ! benderrrrrrrrr
If you're on about the forks, they're straight blade...
-
OT: Your disc rotor is on the wrong way round.
-
Never had a problem with mine, always felt quite stiff and really well priced.
Wouldn't recommend using one with a bashplate at all though.

Top tube and forks kill it for me.

Bump...
Really interested in these, been two years. Surely it's been produced by now?
Holy mother bump batman.
Maybe the whole concept was scrapped?
-
Like the all black with white rim tape.
Are the graphics on the frame just a darker colour?
-
PM'd.

Weld an disc mount on the rear
Don't do this. It'll just crack your frame.
-
Failing to see what difference it would make? Surely it's down to the rider not the brake.
If both of them work, it won't make a difference. Right?
-
After pausing the video and working out that the sidehop is just over 2 wheels high, I'm guessing it's about 56/57''
Animal riding.

Work from this, it may help!

Slide the bashring onto the cranks? I'm pretty sure that cranks don't have any thread except internal thread to go onto the BB, you mean take the cranks off then put the bashring on, then put the cranks back on?
Sorry for my confusion, I'm trying to figure out how to do this.
I also heard FFW's are a pain to get off.
Take your freewheel off your cranks, the threaded section that the freewheel came off, slide the ring onto that section then screw the freewheel back onto the cranks. Therefore the freewheel holds the bashring onto the cranks.
I've attached an image to help you.
Are you cranks 160/5mm or 170/5mm?
They can be, there's a tutorial on Tartybikes that'll help you out!
-
''- Wide threaded section on the 170mm and 175mm arms only allows a bashguard to be used also. Please note that the 160mm and 165mm cranks are to be used with a freewheel or sprocket only (no bashring) as they have shorter threads.''
As for putting the bashring on, take your freewheel off your cranks, slide the ring on, and put your freewheel back on.

they do look very simular, i will get them, if.. i cant find a set of bonz ones, have you or anyone got a review on the trialtech ones?
Had a set of the Trialtechs, best bars I've used to date!
Lovely and comfortable. Because of the high rise they're really good to get different feels from your bike.

I can see it's still loading in that picture.
