No, I heard that mod rockmans ride horrible, and its a rockman... so not the strongest thing you could buy. Echo all the way, im possibly a bit biased considering i own one
Well they cant be that bad if Sam Oliver rides one ....... unless he just chooses to ride a "horrible" bike

take the crank arm of your bike with the freewheel attached, remove the freewheel like it explains on tartybikes, take the spacer out somehow (assuming you have one) then screw the bashring on, after that attach the freewheel on the cranks
Thanks mate ........ could I please have a link to where it says this on tarty ?
Cheers pal.

How about people can only vote for validationg pre members if the have themselves been a full member for atleast 1 to 2 years?! This way we know that the person doing the voting is serious and a decent member as they have stayed long enough and also will have had a year or two to realise how annoying validating random members can be
good or bad idea?
I can see where your coming from ........... however i havent been a full member for a year ........ i only got validated around febuaryish after being a pre member for about 3 months. But i still feel the same as you about people giving away silly votes.
WTF?! which knobrot's voted him in? No offence to you personally dude, but you haven't done anything to deserve membership!

I think the voting system is a good idea. Yet in less twenty minutes, he's achieved his goal of reaching full members. This shouldn't be how it works, it was always supposed to work on merit!

Hey all ........... I've just brought a new bike and its coming with a 2 tires, one monty eagle claw in good condition and another which is a try all tyre (Both are rear) The monty has a very good amount of tread left on it however the try all does not.
What im wondering is is it worth cutting the tread of the out side tyre which hasnt worn down as much as the tread in the centre of the tyre and then sanding down the tyre to make it exceedingly smooth.
I am also wondering what are the pro's and con's of doing this as im not to clued up on the whole concept.
The reason I am considering doing this is because in some photo's on the forum i have noticed a few bikes with this done and just wondered whether or not its worth doing.
Thanks
Ashes.
EDIT: I ride street mostly and my bike is a mod.
