for my oppinion...Disc brakes is better for naural and competition trials, if it strong brakes(hope, bb7 avid). for hard urban use i think rim magura. BUT!You may like both ... Best of all - Try disc brakes and rim brake on someone's bike and decide what you like better)

I have riding for third year, i think... start rining on steel frame, whigh i welded by myself. it was 1020wb, 390cs, and 0bb) and it was stock) i was riding on it more than year and it was not any progress(only 90sm sidehop and 2m gap), than was adamant a2 short, zhi.... Now i ride on MOD and realy enjoy it! Tat is mine! some progress came quickly after few month of riding, but it was winter. now start to make a new mod on bionic before frame with fulldisk, hope more progress comes)
