  1. Do you have a phone number or summing thats quicker to talk to on ? :)

  2. Hi, If you were to upgrade to a 180mm rotor you would need a +20 IS to IS mount adapter. This spaces the caliper further from the fork leg allowing you to fit a 180 rotor. Obviously your braking power will increase slightly with a larger rotor. I had this as my first trials bike. The tektro front brake really lacks power and doesn't have very much lock. My advice is to upgrde the brake now and save yourself money in the long run. As I'm sure everyone on here will agree the "Avid BB7" is an excellent choice. They are around £60 (160mm version) new and come with a rotor. Even if you only swap to the BB7, even the 160mm, you will be amazed at the power it has, and because its a cable brake it will work with your existing lever and cable for now.
  3. I'll probably go if Oli P is going.

  8. Hi, I have an Onza Pro 2009 model with the "duel pull" discs. I also had loads of problems setting them up. I found that the sprung piece that holds the pads apart needed some adjustment by bending it. Take the caliper off of the bike and pull the lever slowly looking at the pads as they come together. On my brakes one pad was at a slight angle. By bending the metal forked spring (not too much) that holds the pads apart, I found that I could get the pads to come together more evenly, making setting them up a lot easier and stopping them rubbing, but with the lever pull being reasonable. Although It still took a while to adjust them correctly. I had the rear wheel bearings come loose. I took my rear hub apart and re-greased and re-adjusted the cones. The best advice I can give is to make sure the cones are locked against the outer lock nuts nice and tight. Since re-doing mine I have had no further problems. Hope this helps.
