  4. Hello, i have just bought a dirt jumper bike and the rear disc is contaminated, is there a way to get the oil and rubbish of the disc? or will i just have to buy a new disc? Thanks Charlie

  9. Hello, Iam Charlie i have been riding trials for about 8 months and ride a Rockman Manus and i love it! I live in the North Yorkshire area and i started compotitions at the end of this season and I ride Tyke Trial green. I just thought that i would introduce myself.   12. The three main things are determination, practice and remember TO HAVE FUN. I would say that doing trackstands on a thin plank of wood will be very use full! Hope this helps Charlie
