i think i do... like today spent the day riding trials with my mates having al laugh and so on.
i get home talking to mates on facebook then all of a sudden i feel like such a miserable c*nt and want to smash everything up, i seriously hate it because i swear i have like 1 a week or something stupid like that and i wont to talk my mates i will just sit in my room watching movies until i fall asleep. but what normally happens im reading things on facebook or tumblr and i then think about it then think about it to much and get upset or pissed off a bout it.
