  1. Bou really has taken moto trials to the next level...the world championship standings say it all. I love how smooth his style is doing the wheel switch's ect... As mentioned above, cycle trials plays a hugh part in the 'making' of many of the top moto trial riders. Bou dominated the indoor championship this year and no doubt he will be doing the same in the outdoor championship this summer.
  2. Sorry, I just find it really boring to watch. Each to their own I guess, the world would be a boring place if we all liked/did the same things.
  3. agreed. As a rider of motor bike trials I can honestly say I don't know of anyone riding 'urban trials'. Mainly because if you get caught you're likely to have your bike seized.booo
  4. Many people have already created electric prototypes as already posted in the above links. I think the biggest problem people face when building an electric trials bike is finding motors powerful enough and batteries light/small enough that can retain viable amounts of energy for prolonged riding periods. Also, creating an electric trials bike nearer the size and weight of a push bike is unrealistic with current technology I've got to admit though, if you could create a trials push bike with a tiny motor linked to the back wheel and a small battery pack just to give you that extra 'power boost' when needed I'm sure it would be great fun and really push the boundaries of trials.
  5. Me likes a lot thanks for the video
  6. I use disk brake cleaner. Acts like a lubricant to get the grips on then evaporates leaving no residue or movement.
  7. To be honest you would be better spending a few hundred quid making your bike storage area as secure as possible. I've had insurance for my Sherco trials bike in the past and it's a rip off. Also, they didn't cover me unless I was at an organised event such as a competition. If I was to be out practicing and have the bike stolen I wouldn't be covered
