YUP union. I dont think you should write a letter being a dick, you never know if you'll need the company again. i just try to behave with more dignity than them. And put all complaints professionally- it looks like the reasons youre leaving are perfectly valid.i wrote mine taking the piss, i was quite sure i would never want anything to do with them again. i tried to make it a bit funny though.
