  1. If you're looking for a second hand Zoot then I has one.
  2. All sorted amicably now. Thanks guys
  3. Right I just agreed a price with someone to buy his bike over a forum. I sent the money agreed via paypal through the Purchase/goods section. This means that he was taxed paypals standard 3.4% + 20p rate. So now he gets in touch with me saying that the seller buyer is supposed to be responsable for the paypal fees and that i've ticked the wrong box. now i'm pretty sure that to be protected as a buyer I've ticked exactly the right box and its the seller who gets taxed but now he wants me to gift him the extra. to be honest I'm fuming so if someone could tell me if I'm in the right then I would be very happy otherwise I'm just going to get my money back and buy the bike brand new (which at this point is only an extra 100 anyway). Thank you in advance, a drunk and enraged George I'd just add that I've just sold my BMX and DH bike through paypal and both times lost out on the #.4% +20p that paypal charged so if I'm doing it wrong i will be very upset
  4. Any ideas where you can get a 24" simple street in the uk, Tarty don't even sell the frames anymore and the only place i can find is an eCrater store in china which is cheap, if you dont pay the 62%import duty and 20%VAT so any help...?
  5. It's true, selling bikes is horrible. Right then now the difficult task of finding a 24" on budget. Bursary through at some point should help...
  6. Hi, Only just discovered my obsession with bikes a year ago when i started riding trail centres and downhill and that. Now i've gotten much better on dirt but want to get some street skills under my belt and i don't think my 15kg DH hardtails really up to the job much. Sooo I've been trying to decide what bike to get, and with no clue what i want it's not been easy. I know that i want a trials bike over a full on street bike because that's the style of riding i want to improve at, but which one. The biggest battle I'm having at the moment is with wheel size. My heart says 24" but from what i hear 20" is better to learn on. Someone put me in my place once and for all and give me some good advice, please? I only have about £300 to spend though looking around that will get me a pretty good 20" bike. Thank you, George
