want new handle bars and i have an inspired element. any suggestions?

Hey guys I have only been at trials for a month, maybe less and I recently got the hang of the bunny hop. Problem is, when I jump off a pavement or anything over a foot or so most of the time when I land I hurt my ankles, is this just because I'm not absorbing it or weak ankles e.t.c.? thanks.

What's the best way to deal with it?

Hey all, just got my first trials bike, a 24" element and was wondering if you guys could give me some tips. I can do endos no problem and also can pivot 90 degrees on the front wheel. I'm having trouble holding a track stand for more than 10seconds and my balence is pretty poor. Any tips on how to help this? I have ridden mtb on and off for a couple of years also. Cheers

hey just wondering if a fixed hub and a sprocket is better than a free hub like a hpoe pro 2? its for a 24" element btw.

Dude make a video and edit it really well, you would be amazed by how much a good video will help. Also, chose a song that is quite unheard of and no mainstream shit, people want new and impressive, the amount of times that I have watched Danny macs vids solely for the tunes is insane. Also, don't use a fish eye... It's common and amateurish. Try and get as many different angles as possible and get good nature shots. Combine all this and of course some good riding and you will have loads of requests. And put the vids up on every site you can think of. Not just YouTube. Hope this helps.

Dude awesome bike! Just one thing, I think it needs a respray. It doesn't really matter and it probably doesn't matter to you but if it were me I would have painted it... You can buy 2010 fourplay stickers in tarty bikes and if you did a good job (I'm thinking electric blue with white handlebars and seat etc...) it would be the sickest bike out there. Just my opinion, great bike!

The inspired is an all round better bike. The frame and forks are a lot stronger and of course it has disc brake on the front which kinda a must have. Also the element has sealed bearings which is fantastic and it is a very good bike even for the high price tag. I'd recommend a second hand element. Just bide your time till you find a second hand one. Cus if you really like the sport you would have to upgrade the zoot pretty quickly if you got into trials. I'm not 100% sure... But go for the element.

I want to get my first trials bike and i want a 24". is the zoot a good bike or should i break the bank (im 17 so i dont have much money.) and get the element. apart from the obvious things, disc breaks etc, is the element worth it? please help.. cheers. also if anyone has a second hand element or fourplay and would like to sell it, could you please contact me? thanks.
