i usually workout for AT LEAST 2 hours on each visit to the gym, working all muscle groups, especially upper body, pectorals, abz, forearm, biceps and triceps and also the leg muscle groups, you to could have muscles like me one day chris lol

what do you do for a job jez? I go down the gym at least 3 times a week and im quite built and i ride at any given opportunity, i do abit of free running with some mates for a laugh, but it helps with balance and agility, but mainly just ride and work out I also do hip hop, street and breakdancing, mainly sort of popping and locking and b-boyin, but that helps alot with balance! A simple thing to try is hand stands, keep practicing them until u can do it for ages

i tried my own man lube, it was all good but after 9 months i had maguras appearing in my garage i made a fortune selling them though Ha Ha! On a serious note I got told someone used fairy washing up liquid once dont know how true that is, i thinks its just ONE OF THOSE STORIES, any way, i thought it would have been too thick! Personally, i stick to water and hidraulic fluid

Any one know off the top of there head what size headset i need? Anyone also got any idea as to what headset to get, ive got a couple in mind but its like a sweet shop ha ha! I need something strong, durable but not mega expensive, lol! Any ideas welcome, cheerz lads!

Engine conversion to a 2.0 Litre 16 Valve redtop engine in my corsa, loads of mods, and running just over 200 bhp, its like a rocket powered go kart Yer the ride was kool, were all going go up to london soon hopefully, going to be a mad one you and luke are quite good, nice and smooth lets all progress and beat the world! Ha Ha Ha!

hey hey jo, its been a wile! Im well on my way back! It was my first night out proper riding yesterday and tonight since two whole years, i done a big drop last night and then had to go bigger tonight and i done a lorry container drop, rather big considering its my 2nd ride since 2 years! I met a couple of lads fron colchester, one of them got a pic of me doing the container drop, ones called luke and the other chris ( aight ladz ) ONE HAND LUKE + ZOO RIDER (the zoo rider one aint exactly right, i forget his username again, sorry dude!) any way, its going wel and im getting back into the swing of things, cant wait for a mad london ride!

Ive got a Onza T-MAG 03, Im really a monty man myself, but stupidly sold it and then needed something to ride and got offered the MAG and i want to get rid of it soon and get another monty x-lite ti. The T-Mag is in execellent condition, new maggies front and back, cane creek headset, new bottom bracket, new freewheel, new chain, new bashgaurd, new grips, no scratches or dents, rides great, How much DO YOU RECKON I COULD GET FOR IT, just out of interest? Looks Brand New!

Hey all! Im back! My names steve dobbs, some might remember me as STOIVE Most of you wont remember me, but some of you will like tim rodrigues, waynio and a few others, i was riding for about 4/5 years and was getting mad, i was quite known for huge drops, ive done the biggest huge drop at shell centre a few times and got quite abit of respect. can backwheel and gap and sidehop quite high, i love bashgaurding to back wheel especially on anything really thin and hard like rails! and bollards! Basically, i got a car and started working and became very hard to ride financially and time wise as many riders probably know! By im back in full swing, im still a 20" rider, got rid of my monty x-lite (dont know why) and now im riding a 20" t-mag just until i can get another monty x-lite, ti hopefully. So i aint going to be up london this sunday but hopefully the next london ride! Cant wait to get back with everyone! This is going to be a mad summer!!!!!!
