I'd say what you did in that video was rather foolish, so you've got an interesting dilemma there. Also, look up grammar and punctuation if you get a spare few minutes.

you dont do flips and spins and shit in parkour... its all about getting somewhere efficiantly and quickly, freerunning is whith all the spins flips etc...
am sure the inventor of parkour does flips an shit seen as he was doing them in that run london thing
