"I'm about 4 weeks into my post Europe workout program, and I'm feeling stronger than ever. I've improved both power and my technical abilities, and I'm feeling more confident on riding scarier sections. Definitely my best riding yet. Do little stretches throughout the day, keep your vitamin levels up and stay hydrated. My ring fingers (used to) often(ly) lock up like a fist after a day of hard stunts.
