  1. ha ha, whats the difference between the first gen and the others ?
  2. I'd collect if I wanted it, is it a team do you know ? Is £700 to cheap for it ? I paid that for a 2012 fourplay but it was in excellent condition with some good parts on it
  3. he says its only 2 months old an it was his mates. 2 owners in 2 months not bad but maybe worth asking cheers. just seen it on gumtree as well advertised as a mountain bike is it just me or does it look like a team and not a pro ?
  4. I don't know how to link on my phone, just go on pinkbike and in the trials bikes it's second page. That's what I was thinking If something sounds to good to be true it usually is, that's what I've always been told
  5. hi, has anyone seen the inspired skye on pinkbike ? its advertised as a 2014 pro, 2 months old. kid says it was his friends but e doesn't have receipt for warranty etc, also looking at pics it has the atomlabs and hope kit which makes it the skye team doesn't it ? his join date was when the advert started. is it just me or does this seem a bit dodgy, he will take £700 for a £2500 bike that's 2 months old, no receipts and for sale as not used as much as I thought I would....
  6. ive fitted them and yes still bit of pad rocking but no noise so im happy
  7. I bought Moro rt's and have been more than happy with them in 2.4. Got them at a better price than holy rollers so went for them. Maybe when I'm a better rider I'll try holy rollers but I think for us learning they are more than good enough
  8. I've ordered 2 of the axle bolt and retaining clips from the saint 820 as I've found out they fit the zee. That should make the pads as stable as the saints now so I'll let you know
  9. If anyone is interested about the arcade bars, I'd highly recommend them, very comfortable and make the front end feel lighter and more controllable. I'm a beginner and the difference between them and the inspired risers that were fitted is massive to me, I can do twice as many rear wheel hops and under a lot more control
  10. I have noticed a bit of pad rocking but it doesn't bother me. Mine are quiet and not getting any noise. Also I'm happy with the zee levers and will be keeping them. I managed to shorten both hoses and feed front through forks all without the need to bleed and that's the first set I've ever done.....
  11. New arcade bars just fitted, looks better than with inspired risers I think
  12. I've just ordered the arcade bars and should get them weds, so hopefully they will be good
  13. I'll have a look at them, any more recommendations or are they about the best
  14. I've got the inspired riser bars now but was wondering if the extra 15mm on the trial techs would feel a lot different or better....
  15. Hi, would the trial tech high riser bars feel a lot different to the riser bars on the fourplay. I know it's only 15mm different but in terms of bar feel, is that a lot?
  16. Hadn't even noticed that, I just pulled other off and put these new ones on how they were. Thanks I'll change that over
  17. No, only one lad. He wasn't saying don't get holy rollers. He was just saying he thought on the pimplites being so narrow the crazy bob would be stronger. I'm still leaning towards holy rollers but was just asking as like you said it's full of riders on here
  18. It's more the tyre rims are very weak so mixed with the thin rims. So I'm thinking better tyres and then the rims may be fine. Tyre walls that meant. Tioga powerblocks
  19. I prob will, just local bike shop just recommended the crazy bobs as very strong side wall and tread virtually all round
  20. Has anyone tried the schwalbe crazy bob?
  21. Thanks, I'll like it even more when I've decided which way to go with rims or just tyres
  22. Cool, how wide will the pimplites take?
  23. Sounds good idea, was just checking with holy rollers though as read reviews saying they get pinch flats easy
  24. Are they the strongest on sidewalls? I've read good reviews on these tiogas but apparently get a lot of pinches as so thin side walls? What do you think to the holly roller on the pimplites? Still not sure wider rims would be a lot better or just try tyres
  25. If I was to keep the pimplites for a while, what would be the best / strongest tyres for them?? The toga powerblocks that are on now seem very weak especially on side walls
