Is the difference between the fourplay team and pro worth the money or should I just upgrade it later?

I am looking at the inspired element or fourplay for a first bike. I was wondering why the element has disc brake in front and a rim brake in the back and wether it would be better to go for full disc.

I'm from South Cali and I don't have a strictly trials bike so for now I'm riding my old specialized bmx bike.

So I want to get into trials but there are no "brick and mortar" stores in my area. What are some good online stores that are in the US?
