  1. Sue and Charlie would like to thank all of you who turned out today (estimated around 80), it was especially nice to catch up with some of you who knew and rode with DJ. What a shame the weather turned so bad and so quickly, one minute there were riders everwhere then none to be seen.Till next time have fun and take care. .
  2. Hi everyone, I have not been on the forum much lately (dodgey security settings on PC) anyway I was talking to one of DJ's mates in Tesco last night and he was saying how sad it was that you cant get to the fluffybunnymovement.co.uk web site any more. I still own the site name and then paid for the hosting hoping it would return but the original site is lost. In an attempt to try and do something about this I ask anyone who has pics, vids or stories involving DJ can they either post them or put a link up so we can try and collate some things and perhaps start again. He is still missed so much. in advance Charlie (DJ's Dad)

  7. Hi Just a line to say dont get confused about money. The "DJ" Memorial ride is essentially a non profit making fun day, it is to remember DJ and the sport he loved and lived for and a chance for riders to get together and meet up. Any profit made from the sale of FBM T shirts etc goes towards the re-planting and upkeep of the Memorial Garden. A great idea to have a new design for the T's and Hoodies. I have spoken to the shirt people and I would like to make it happen in the new year. So get your ideas in by the 15th of December, colours of print must be minimal (2 perhaps 3), we can't print over a seam, we can have the logo on the sleeve. The final decision on design will be made by DJ's family in conjunction with the shirt people. Hope this clears a few points up, thanks for your help and support Charlie

  9. Lets just say DJ's life is de-valued more and more every day, try and get a copy to read, and not only that there are other unsatisfactory things happening with M. Parry who got 7 years. Remember its tax payers money as well.
  10. Did anyone see page 6 and page 23 of the Sun today 29th Oct. 2005. What are your thoughts (Y) B) (Y) (Y) :D :P
  11. I would give anything to meet my DJ again, he was an Icon to me, just did not realise it in time. As some one said everone is unique! :)
  12. I was surprised to see a few of you did not know we were still selling the DJ FBM clothing and goodies, it has been nice to have a little rush of orders. The clothing iss good quality as i'm sure past customers will confirm. If yours is worn out or you fancy the other colour, get and order a new one. The Memorial Garden ( being paid for by profits from sales and other fund raising ) is still going to happen, it has been delayed by building work at Fitzharrys and changes being imposed on some design materials etc. It would be nice to have an official opening at the DJ Memorial Ride Abingdon on 3rd June 2006, worth marking on the calendar now. Watch out for the FBM DJ boxer shorts, should be out for xmas. Cheers Charlie DJ's Dad ;) :) :P
  13. I came down to have a look yesterday, see some of DJ's old mates, it was good to see you all having such a good time. It could have been the most uncompetitive competition I have ever seen. Its nice to see that having fun comes first, not coming first is fun. Sam DJ's little bro was very impressed, he is determined to work hard and improve on his Onza T-bird (Daffy) and one day be as good as you guys. I am sure in my heart that DJ would of loved yesterday right up his street. It was nice to see a few bunny shirts around (still available). Talking to Sam Wheeler when we do the Abingdon ride on June 3rd we may well make it a freestyle comp as well, and of course another Pig Roast. :) :D :P  :- ;) :S :deej: :deej:
  14. Thanks for your comments so far: Yes I did mean www.bikeguernsey.net, I have the domain name (www.fluffybunnymovement.co.uk) for the next two years that is a fact. I am thinking of hosting with www.123-reg.co.uk at their £3.99 per month tariff, can someone check for me that that will give big enough transfer rate, and space etc. etc. for a site to post videos pics and pages for comments. You know what us old farts are like when it comes to PC's. Any help in this area will be gratefully recived PM's welcomed and if you leave your phone No I can give you a call. Laters DJ's Dad :S :S :) :S :D :S :deej: :deej: :deej:
  15. Does anyone know anything about the history of Bikeguernsey.net, I believe they hosted www.fluffybunnymovement.co.uk when I try to get to the FBM site it just comes up with Pool.com saying this site was aquired by Pool.com. Bikeguernsey is on their page. I have e-mailed Pool.com loads of times but they do not reply. I have recently purchased the FBM domain name for another two years and want to get DJ's site back up and running in August but had hoped to start of with some of the original work. Help is needed to try and recover the old stuff. If you can help leave a comment, Cheers DJ's Dad Charlie  :S :S :) (Y) (Y) :deej: :deej: :deej:
