yay! here at last, dj's tee's and hoodies are available to buy now! All proceeds will go towards a memorial for the fluffy guy you all love! We have small, med, large and extra large tee's that you can order, all are black and short sleeved. Hoodies ..... we only have a few available, but can order in if they are popular. We only have medium and large to start with. These are also only in black (and incase you didn't guess they are long sleeved!) pictures will be posted, but at the moment heres a brief description: tees(£10 + p&p): black cotton crew neck with large pink bunny on front with 'fluffy bunny movement' in a semi circle underneath, the writing is in white. A small pink bunny is on the neckline on the back. hoodies (£25 + p&p): black heavy duty cotton with drawstring hood and large pocket on the front. It has the same design as the tee's. The driving ban started on the 10 February 2005 and will end on 10 February 2015! and as you say it means he will only be banned for 6 1/2 years but that wont effect him anyway cos he will never take a driving test. (The Judge said he would have to take an advanced test too) Safe Riding one and all Love Sue :D :S

The driving ban starts from today, and he is only likely to serve 3 and half years, which is when he is eligible for parole at that time, then he will be out on licence until 3/4 of the 7 years. BUT if he reoffends he will have to serve the whole of the 7 years. He has never had a licence so the police feel it is likely that he will reoffend as he feels he is better than the law. Its frustrating but that is how it is......no length of sentence will ever be enough. The 16 (now 17 year old) is only going to serve 2 years of the 4 year sentence and his driving ban of 6 years started on October 26 2004. Well today was the Trial for the Second Driver involved in causing the Death of DJ. He was found GUILTY! and sentenced to jail for 7 years and banned from driving for 10 years (not that he should have ever driven in the first place as it turns out he has never had a licence!!!!)
