Hi all Please if you are planning to travel by train on Friday make sure that your train is still running because there is going to be a strike. I think that the lines effected are from up north down to London - its worth a phone call just to make sure you are not effected. Had a call today from Mud & Blood clothing to say they cant do a pale blue t-shirt in a skinny HOWEVER I have ordered some tees in a Size 8, 10, 12 and 14 Now looking forward to seeing them being worn, they will be with us at the weekend. Love Sue xxxxx :) :) (Y)

The light blue T's have been ordered and we have been told that they should be with us by the end of next week, also the long awaited small black hoodies are due on the same order, so those of you still waiting for those should get some joy in time for B.H. weekend, (fingers crossed). I have spent all night looking into this band idea (purple with R.I.P. "DJ" on one side and F.B.M. on the other and am waiting on an e:mail back. However it looks almost a goer but it will need full support even at £2.50 each, if it is to contribute towards the memorial fund. Ok everyone Here is the answer to the question alot of you have been asking: The nearest train station is Radley which is between Oxford and Didcot. Come out of the station and head for Abingdon (Turn left) you will come to a roundabout which is at the junction of Audlett Drive, Radley Road and Twelve Acre Drive, Turn on to Twelve Acre (please us the cycle track) and head for the next roundabout. Turn left on to the Oxford Road, heading for town....when you get to a set of 4 traffic lights (not the pedestrian crossing) turn right into Northcourt Road and Abingdon United is on the left. The problem with doing them in white is the writing wont show....we arent able to change the design or colour of writing because this would mean setting up another screen and costs would be quite high again....SORRY Love Sue xxxx :deej: (Y) :deej:

No the skinny's are a fitted style (usually worn by the girls) but they come as a one size t-shirt which will fit a size 8 - 14 Hope this helps. Love Sue xxxxx :deej: (Y) :deej:

To try and answer some of your questions: 1: You dont have to eat the pork!!! its just that it is the easiest thing for us to provide because we cant use the kitchen in the club that day. 2: Yes there will be toilet facilities 3: If some of you are gonna find it hard to get here because of the cost couldnt you ask someone on the forum and share petrol costs or something? 4: It is possible to look up accomodation in Abingdon on the web (I know you all have access to computers!) 5: You could always ask some of the local riders if they could put you up for the night 6: Charlie has suggested that we take a BBQ down with us and do some burgers too incase there are people who wont eat pork! (It is not compulsory to eat what is provided - you can bring your own food) 7: The entry fee will go towards the memorial garden at the school - we are nearly at our target now but we will need to maintain it in the future so we are still raising funds. Well here it is the infomation many of you have been requesting for a while now. Date : Friday 3 June (Half-term for many) Time: 11.00am - 7.30pm Place: Abingdon United Football Club, Northcourt Road Abingdon (Where DJ's funneral ride was held) We are having to charge £2.00 per person this will include a hog roll (roll filled with pork from pig roast on the day) We look forward to a good turnout, the equipment should be similar to last year....skips, planks, cotton reels and pallets . If you are interested in attending please reply to this post leaving your name/tf name so we will have an idea of what size pig to get!!!
