  1. Hey guys,

does anyone have a direct contact, email or whatever from someone at HOPE that is responsible for marketing, sponsoring etc.? I mailed them several times, but couldn't get through to them :(

please pm me, let me know.. appreciate every help I can get :)

    Cheers,

    Chris

  2. in the beginning I had some problems with the drivetrain. the chain skipped.. maybe because it was too long and didn't have a proper tension. I removed some links and added the rubber. I couldn't run the chain the "correct way" anymore, but it finally worked then.

maybe the arm was too long? I think I have the long version which is for 15-20 teeth cogs. I had 15t.. the standard one for 13-17 teeth cogs might have worked better?

  3. yeah in the urbans.. but I don't like the shape of these forks..

tarty has the pashleys in stock, but the geo doesn't sound that good..

acutally there is quite a large amount of standard canti forks out there, but you never know how they hold up on a trials bike.. e.g. this one here http://www.steinbach-bike.com/de/default.asp?ID=41 I used to run this fork several years ago without any problems. it's really lightweight (around 600g), but back then I didn't seem to care about the geo of the fork.. :giggle: as 410/45mm is a bit too long for my bike now..

  4. you're still running an 18t cog on tryall cranks?

could you please have a close look at your bike and tell me the clearance between the teeth of the front cog and the frame/chainstays? What bb length do you run? I'd like to run a 118mm bb or even a 113mm one, so I have to make sure it fits.

  5. Adam or whoever knows it: what's the spoke length I'll need for that hub on a 28h dob 26" rim, 3x?

I measured the old tryall disc hub to be able to calculate the spoke lengths... maybe the dimensions of the hub haven't changed and they just drilled the old one?
