Trials shouln't be like anything, if this is all you see as personal inspiration then you are very blind of a whole beauty of other talant under the sport of biketrials.
Trials is obviously becoming a mix of other sports, just use everything as inspiration and ride your own trials.
I love this debate, because it's so simple in my mind.
Trials should be anything, but just remember, what ever you do, don't walk away until it's a clean.

What ever floats your boat innit, f**k what anyone else thinks is shit.

Haha i'm with you on that, i don't like low front ends either, give me a back-ache at the end of a ride.
It is a killer on the back but if it rides better I put up with the back pains.
But yet he is riding the huddersfield natural comps morehttp://www.falconmcc.co.uk/BikeTrials/Resu...2003%202009.htm
Day out for summet to do the Falcons, some of the spots are good for riding after.

LOWER bar height??
I think you can get pogo sticks from Argos pretty cheap you know?
Shorter head tube too, that would be sweet. Frame could do with being longer too.

It all looks very pretty but to me your just make fancy letter heads? whats the brief?
Method is part of my final major and part 1 of the brief is to produce self-promotional items. Part 2 of the brief is to develop experimental work to further my skills as a designer and all that bollx. Outcomes for the whole final major are, complete personal identity which includes the letterhead and so on… an online portfolio and some form of promotional item, large format poster, booklet, package... that kinda thing. Plus sketch books displaying my experimental work throughout the year.
Lace Up brief is a live brief and will be getting used later in the year. Includes full identity design and stationery set, in-store items including how things will look throughout the year, seasonal changes. Bags, tags, flyers, stickers and posters for gorilla advertising.
Atrium brief is very much similar.
The pics I've put up are fancy letterheads, they're just items for a section of the brief I've completed. I've just been in a letterhead mood the last few days.
Probablly the prettiest dissertation i have ever seen hope the contents good.I do too.

Thought I'd kick this thread off again, last post was last year.
Final year for me, just over two months left I've got two nice live briefs that im working on plus my final major.
Here's a pic of a poster for a new sneaker shop called 'Laceup', opening soon. I'm designing the identity, stationery a hand full of 762 x 508mm posters for the shop and to send out, plus bags, flyers, stickers..... Pretty lucky to pick this job up and so is the guy im doing it for, he's getting all the design work done for free, all he has to do is pay for the printing when he needs the stuff. Will be a nice one for my portfolio too.
Not a great pic, will get some more up soon.

Such an amazing rider!!
I remember the days when all I ever watched was Evolve... first thing in a morning last thing at night. I actually had to buy a new one, i watched the first one that much it died.
Some of the young boys need serious history lessons.
Ryan Leech... average! Maybe he is average at todays standards of taps, gaps and sidehops but you only have to watch Manifesto to see he is a far better rider than any tap, gap and sidehopper!
