It would work better upside down surely? Thus illuminated any flex in the bolts. Its a spanking idea however, and I'd have one but the final hurdle, which is the big one, is the general low rent quality control on many trials products which relates to the frame width etc and the extremely shallow pockets of most riders (partly down to age).
I think Peter Cole should sell the idea (although they will no doubt steal it anyway) to Lord Deng. Trials frames should incorporate the bottom half the a mount into the CNC's booster area that they already have. Saves weight, reduces flex and reduces the height the brake set-up protrudes.

I wouldnt buy a ko they always crack around the brake mount my one did so did mr koxx's and i think kieran whtefields did aswell.
I now have kieran's, it was fine whilst he had it, fine for me for 4 months but then cracked at brake mount, re-welded about 4 months ago and fine

Well, to be honest I dont have severe acne, wer talking maybe 10 proper spots on my face at a time, at a bad time, but I do have scars from when I had it much worse, and there are still sorta half gone ones about, so when it flares up, it does look pretty nasty. I found that recently i was drinking alot of water, and eating relativly healthily, I tend not to eat sugar, as Im more a savoury person I eat alot of meat, and bread that sort of thing (meats pretty greasy, Im guessing thats not too good) but recently they are alot better than they were.
Whatever you do, number one tip before anything else: DO NOT squeeze the c***s! thats what causes the scars. If you have a beasty whitehead you need to get rid of cos you're going out, just take the head off and squeeze very very gently, if it don't come out then just leave it!

- Change your pillow cases regularly

Spot creams are largely for young girls, if it's really bad, go see your doctor.
According to my GP and dermatologist at hospital most of your post is not true. I have suffered with acne since about 15 y.o. took antibiotics for the most part which done sweet FA, I went to hospital and they offered me roaccatane (however you spell it, the one people above have been talking about) I've heard from many people it works wonders, but you are not allowed to drink on it, so i didn't bother with it. instead i used a gel called Nicam Gel, worked a treat. It takes a good 6 months to start really clearing them up but really is great after that.
Doctor said drinking more water and what you eat has no bearing whatsoever on acne behaviour. The stop touching the affected areas and the wash pillow cases regularly i would definately agree with though. Also exfoliating and washing with shit like OXY and other teenage based cleansers make it worse not better. Basically I just wash my face with warm water only, dry, apply Nicam Gel, 6 months later...done...but keep doing it to make sure it dones't come back.

Also alot of the Icelandic banks are actually UK licensed (Kaupthing for example) so they are protected under our £50k garauntee anyway. The only bank I know which isn't is Icesave. Considering most people who deposited in these banks wouldn't have known which were and which weren't UK licensed and therefore covered, I would think it extremely unfair if only half were reimbursed and the government stuck two fingers up to the other half.

Most of the stuff said in here is correct, and clearly people who actually have an idea of how the economy works have contributed, most of what I was going to say has been said.
However, people saying that the people who have put their money into icelandic banks were taking a risk and therefore don't deserve to have their money reimbursed?! what the hell are you on about?! The whole reason people put money into banks is because they want no-risk growth. In general, when markets are everything except as shocking as they are now, investing in the FTSE100 will always realise more gain than slapping your money in a bank at 6% interest. Some people though, mainly those facing retirement within the next 5 years, want nothing more than to know their money is safe, they could not afford to retire without their savings intact. There was a women on the news yesterday who had £100,000 in Icesave, her words: "I didn't want to risk investing my money in the FTSE100, I wanted my money to be safe so I just put it in a bank account" - which was absolutely the right thing to do. I don't quite understand where this whole "icelandic banks are dodgey they should have known that" or "if they're offering silly rates they must be in trouble"...for starters less than 6 months ago nobody was even talking about which banks were dodgey and which weren't, let alone thinking about which were protected. Secondly these icelandic bank's products aren't even the most competitive products on the market anyway!! the only market leader is Kaupthings regular saver. So for god sake depositers were not stupid in any way shape or form! And yes I do think they should have their cash replaced by mine and other tax payers money.

i was telling my my dad about this topic and he said if they have paid for it the shop has to give it to them for the amount that was on the discription.
Also he said when driving down south last week on the forcourt of a honda dealership he saw a 08 plate civic for a little over £2000, somebody would be in the shit if sombody went in with 2 grand for the car.

if a product is advertised at the incorrect value then the shop does NOT have to sell the item at this, or any price for that matter. Once the sale has been completed however its done and dusted, nothing they can do

bad news, just checked the forecast for the weekend and according to BBC its gona rain (2 raindrops and a cloud) on sunday.
I know BBC is unreliable as far as weather goes but i cant see them being wrong enough for the weather be descent and worthy of a 3 hour drive.

CAN I JUST SAY...I've grown tried of saying this to so many people, THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY HAS BARELY BEEN AFFECTED BY ALL THIS. Only HOUSE BUILDERS have been majorly affected. The likes of Persimmon and Barratt have recorded huge losses in profits and cut their workforce in some divisions by 50%.
HOWEVER, speak to most building contractors that have their hands in more than one pot and they are probably doing fine. I work for a building contractor and we have already secured enough work to double our turnover this year, and there is one quarter remaining. We have found a huge growth in the health sector and commercial sector. We are also part of a framework deal for the MOD which is 'recession proof' work (government funded and these assets (of which there are literally thousands, possibly tens of) HAVE to be altered/refurbed.

I'm with Trials Punk. Should benefit me, I'm 20 looking at buying house with a mate about April time. If it works out perfectly we'll buy when the market is at its trough, and then once the markets bouys again we should have accrewed some equity. hopefully. But then yeah energy bills are rape, but then I'm a trainee so my pay-rises are way above inflation

Subwoofers are run in mono so you will still be listening to a stereo field, and regardless of whether or not the best speakers have paper cones, this guy isn't looking to spend what it would cost to get decent sound quality out of a set up without a subwoofer, nor could he afford speakers which have that kind of frequency response using paper cones. I'll concede that some of the best speakers have had paper cones, but most are now kevlar or plastics, carbon etc.

This guy probably doesn't have an entire collection of flac music either so I'm pretty sure £100 would be wasted on a dac, when most amps will do the job just fine.This makes no sense whatsoever. Dacs aren't amplifiers. They are employed within cd players; or in this case as an 'offboard' dac, between the cd player and amplifier (PC and active speakers/amplifier).
What qualifies you as an audiophile can I ask? No need to explain to me what 'Hi Fi' is, I already knew thank you. It wasn't the 685's I was thinking of getting, but I don't see what your beef is with them, most people seem over the moon with theirs.Pop into sevenoaks and ask to listen to them followed by other similarly priced pairs...

Flac is huge, most average people will be hard pressed to be able to tell the difference between flac and 320 through a low end system, or even 320/v0.
I know that's why I said through a quality system the difference is dramatic. Lets face it your system isn't going to be the most revealing so its prob not worth it

Im not sure what your point about the audio output on a pc is, you'll get a decent source from most computers, as you would an mp3 player or most other audio hardware? I think it probably is worth getting a soundcard if you have properly shit on board sound but most pc's will be good enough that you'll be hard pressed to tell the difference with mp3's.
As for not having a subwoofer, you're talking out of your arse - subwoofers are the shit and any audio setup worth its salt will have one, no doubt about it.
Krisboats has made a good suggestion, building a system up from 2.1 would be a good halfway house.
As an audiophile I'm telling you.
If you want good sound quality from a PC you will need an external DAC (digital to analogue converter). This... http://www.homehifi.co.uk/main/main.html is a very good one for the money, only £100. Squeeze box DAC also good.
About the subwoofers, YOU my friend are talking out your arse. I'll conceed that in this setup (5.1 system consisting of small speakers, then a sub will undoubtedly be needed for LF. HOWEVER, NEVER for two channel stereo hifi. If you have a good system you will get very low frequencies, in the exact scale. Cheap subs in cars simply manipulate the music. Hifi is called hifi for a reason, high fidelity, getting a reproduction of the music as close as possible to how it sounded when it was originally recorded.
Also you are talking out your arse about kevlar drivers being good. Most of the best speakers ever made use paper. Just because B&W use kevlar...and btw, please tell me its not the 685s you're thinking of buying?!

Also, if you have a quality system the difference between a real cd and mp3 sound quality can be huge. All you have to do is rip your cds FLAC though and that is a lossless rip. 'LOSSLESS' rip however, isn't lossless ironically.
