hi all not long been back home, had a great weekend, was well chuffed to get in to the half final on sunday and to see all the top boys in action in the afternoon in the final , well done to all the brit riders , really enjoyed myself cant wait for more UCI. james.

hi dave, sorry , but i still dont see how this works , if i were riding a european cup in europe i would be riding senior red route as i did when i won in latvia and as i did when i rode in belgium, the same applies to some riders who are elite in the brit rounds but would ride junior in a euro cup round , if i wanted just to score in the euro cup and not in the brit round as ive missed them all but one could i do that and ride red senior. james.

nice video steve, good to see both 20" and 26" in one video really enjoyed it and the first song went really well with the riding. I think your better on your 20" so powerful and at the same time u look really controlled! nice one m8 cheers james...

hi i use try-all freewheels all the time since they came out , i have had them on lots of xtp's and now a hydroxx 2 all of which ive had in mud , shite , sand , water at club level and national and they have never let me down. give adam@tartybikes a ring and he will help you with your choice of freewheel . james.

arrived friday at 1pm to be told i was riding at 3pm tom rankin was'nt even near but managed to get there just before the start , i had a real dissapointing ride, tom went through to the next round (well done tom) all the brits rode well , big well done to ben slinger 7th overall awesome ride ben, got a really sore and bloody shin right now but hey i'll be there for another day. james sheridan.
