Before I start I appologise for the way differacne is spelt in the topic title i run out of room to spell it corectly. Well I am after a set of freewheel cranks for my 20" woodman. I have looked at the 3 above cranks. I would have ordered my montys erlier today but I realised that they only come in 158mm. This has discoraged me slightly because I am used to 175mm cranks. I have been told that if my cranks are shorter that I will not be able to gap as far. Is this true? I am leaning more towards the Montys because I have heard very good things about them. The ECHo I have been told by Tarty bikes they havent had any ECHO stock in for 5 weeks and dont know when they will next be in, bikedock have also sold them all. I was not to keen on the Musclemen because my bike has quite good spec and putting on onza cranks will be letting it down a bit. Thanks for your time and comments. Tom

I am going to getsome new cranks, I have looked at the monty x-lite ones at £63 for the pair but they only come in 158mm. Because I am used to 175mm cranks will the 158mm cranks have that much affect on me? Or should I chose alternate cranks? If I should chose diffrent ones what ones should I chose. Last night I got the geebers scared out of me when i was sitting there at about 1 in the morning and there was a repetitive banging on a window. This scared me enough. Then when I went to pull the curtan back there was a realy loud knock on the window just as I pulled it back. So then I jusped in bed and hid under the covers. :"> Still dont know what it was. I remember one time my mate managed to ride like 35 miles with a Haro X2 on his back whilst riding his DT 125. It was amazing. He did not dimantle it either it was whole there was no undoing bolts ect.

He he Unit one is the same as demon skate. All they have done is repaint the shop? And then they lowered the price to something like £8 for a 2 hr session. I mean WTF? :lol: I personaly prefer Sittingbourne. Not as many people better lay out and frendlier staff and at £.50 it is a great deal cheaper. The only bad thing is that it is on top of Milton, AKA Pikeville so sittingboure is good if you come back alive. Although evoloution or revoloution cant remember it at the moment. Well I was just around my mates house and we were talking about me getting a new deck and he said "Hey do you want my old element?" i was like "YEAH !!!" So he gave me his old Element, not quite sure what one it is pink but is not "have a Bam day". It has red Fracture trucks, Lucky hardware, not sure on the bearings and it has Jessops grip tape. It is so kool. So I have been skating around on that for the past 4+ hours. It is so nice to flip and manuel. There are some lovely people in the world. Tom

Well I started off riding a Haro X2. It was lovely rode great and was the best £15 I have ever spent. It lasted me ages and the shit I put it through aswell. Then I sold that and got a DMR. That was great but I wanted something that was diffrent if you know what I mean. I sold that and then got a DK six pak. That had primo hula hop rear wheel, odessy bars the camo ones forgot what they are called now, and loads more. Once I got bored of that I then got a DFX which is so cool, and that is what I am riding now. Tom

Kool. My mates ricta's are going fine they havent gone bang yet. The blind decks are ment to be total cack I have heard. All of my mates who have had them have absolutly hated them. Thanks for the help.
