  1. Thanks for the replies, number1spark you have a pm
  2. Did you deal with profile in the Uk? I used to run a profile hub, it gave up on me after about 5 years of use, the thread that holds the ratchet inside the hub stripped, within a week I had a new hub body on my doorstep. They were a great company and I had one of the best services from any company I have ever had to deal with. I dont know if its just me being into trials a while ago but litterly everyone ran a profile hub, they never slipped once, mine certainly never did and I was riding really hard on it pretty much everyday. Where has this whole profile hubs are rubbish come from? Making it 'your mission' to stop people buying what they want is a bit over the top dont you think?
  3. Try profile themselves, they are really helpfull on the phone 02380 458328
  4. Well its been a while since I was last on here. Wanted to get back into trials but moneys gone a little tight at the moment - gutting - I searched up and couldnt see any that sold/for sale, so question is Iv got a 06 Monty 221 Pr frame, threads on brake mounts and bb are good, one small (tiny) dent on downtube and a few scratches. Whats it worth???
  5. my baby looking good mate!

  7. if anyone can contact joe elding for me it would be great. Basically iv bought some parts from him and ihavent recieved the parts or spoken to him for a week as i cant get hold of him. I cannot pm him as im still a premember, any help would be great thanks. Phill
  8. hey, deffiently go for the profile or echo cassete hubs, the are really worth it in the long run. Ive just upgraded from my eno on the front to a profile, just gives you so much more confidence and you atleast know its not going to blow up on you on a big gap
  9. Hey, do you ride mod or stock? If its mod you mostly have to buy aftermarket boosters, like the viz, onza, echo etc ones! Also with mods as far as i know they all use 4 bolt mounts, and if you running quick release i assume your running the evo clamps for the brakes, if you are it best to swap to the four bolt clamps, most of the trials shops on the net stock them, once youve got a set of those on fittings a breeze, hope it helps!
  10. There ok, you just have to look after them, they work well if you locktite them, not sure if its true but alot of people say they last longer on the back as there under less stress??? cant go wrong with eno's though! :P
  11. Hey, is it possible to fit a 18t fixed sprocket and bash onto a set of onza musclemens? As im changing from an eno to a profile, any help would be great, thanks Phill
  12. i find trials is cheaper then most other cycling sports, though i depends on how much you ride and what stuff your riding, iv just got my freeride bike insured, its valued at 4.5k, components are getting really expensive and getting anywhere decent to ride like morzine or whistler costs loads
