Hey Just got back from Pila, Italy and have had a great week snowboarding. I have learnt to do backside 180's off the tail, switch 180's off the nose and to do a stalefish. Our instructor has also put me and two of my mates forward to go into a competition where a few scollorships (sp) will be handed out to the best riders who will then be able to become snowboard instructors. Anything really interesting I should take a look at on TF as theres so much to trundle through. Nick

If I was to get an alternativ to a Coust frame I would get the Pitbull purly because I wouldnt want a King headset sitting around, if I didnt have such an expensive headset I would get the T-Rex as its just as good and cheaper (Y) I think alot of people base their desicion on what parts they have and what frame would cost the least amount of money if new parts were needed to use it.

Lycos are cheap woth domain names. I got a .co.uk for £4 for two years. Not sure about hosting, have a chat with Trials-Shack dude, im sure he can sort you something out at a reasonable price.

Barney can screw any piar of cranks up, if they were the new un-roundable cranks he would manage to. IMO if your bike originally came with sq.taper stay with it, ifit came with ISIS stay with it, the pro's and cons weigh out in the end. Bearings in ISIS are smaller but I've got a year old truvativ bb which is still going strong, the tapers do seem to round abit easier if taken off alot but how many people take their cranks off more than once a month. The axles are stronger in ISIS bb's and can be hollowed out without loosing too much strenth. Ive never run Sq.taper so I can't comment much on that.

Buy an axle off crc, arrives next day, you hav already disassebmled your hub and got old axle out if your clever, put in with 5 mins and your done. No postage costs either and no 10 day wait.

I was told that by cutting it you void the warrenty wether it breaks in a completely different place or not.
